• Review, correct and accept minutes of the last meeting on December 11, 2025
• Agenda Items:
o Review schedule for presentations to the townspeople in January.
o Agree on final document on communicating status of Masonic Hall to be presented on January 17.
o Review the presentation on Town Office/Schoolhouse project to be presented on January 24.
o Obtain Alan Fall’s input on warrant articles for the Masonic Hall and Town Offices/Schoolhouse for March warrant
o Update on any new developments in the Town Offices Renovation Project
o Other business to come before the commission
o Adjourn
