- Requires a structural engineer report stamped by a licensed professional engineer confirming roof can handle the load.
- A site plan showing array location
- Manufacturer’s installation instructions
- Ground or Pole Mount System –
- Must go before the Planning Board for a Conditional Use Permit
- Roof Mounted System-
- Propane Appliance Permit
- Oil Burner Application (includes wood/pellet burning furnace applications) – Must be obtained from the Fire Chief (call 603-539-4261)
- Please note, installation or replacement of oil furnaces requires a permit from the Fire Chief
